For my research, I used different types of media to explore Co-op City’s past, present, and future. To understand its history, I used Nina Wohl’s thesis and an article from Portside, which showed me its early goals and struggles. For the present, I used the official Co-op City website and an article from 6sqft to get information on the current condition of Co-op City. These sources provided important information on the early and current years of Co-op City.
