Peer Review:

After Creating our Essay drafts, we had them peer reviewed in our class. After my classmate reviewed my paper, I learned that I had a couple things to improve on. Each section talked well about the time periods, but the time periods weren’t well defined enough to differentiate each section. My lens on the community and land use was not well defined either.

From this, I improved my revision strategies. By reading my peers written comments, I tried to analyse my essay from the perspective of my peer to try to understand where I have to improve. From this I now can think about how another person might think when reading my paper, which would allow me to cater it more towards them.
